We understand that protecting your home or business investment is important, which is why we're excited to remind you about our Transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty that comes with all of our services.
Drain tile systems installed by MBF are guaranteed for life with a properly maintained sump pump. The sump pump, an essential component of the drainage system, must be maintained properly to ensure proper functionality. Failure to regularly inspect, clean, and service the sump pump will void this warranty. We recommend that the sump pump be checked at least once every 6 months for proper operation, and its discharge line be kept clear of obstructions.
